position with the senior lender, structured as a loan.
We will subordinate our position to the senior debt. We also
structure our portion as a loan to the developer or investor
entity. This way, we fulfill the equity need while allowing
ownership to maintain a bigger share of the project.
We structure our piece for a term that corresponds
with the needs of your project, with a minimum usage
period of six months.
In a Sale/Lease Back situation, we look at properties and
their tenants to determine the most optimal arrangement allowing
the sellers to maximize their current situation. Call us to
