We provide the capital needed to fulfill your equity position with the senior lender, structured as a loan. We will subordinate our position to the senior debt. We also structure our portion as a loan to the developer or investor entity. This way, we fulfill the equity need while allowing ownership to maintain a bigger share of the project.

We structure our piece for a term that corresponds with the needs of your project, with a minimum usage period of six months.

In a Sale/Lease Back situation, we look at properties and their tenants to determine the most optimal arrangement allowing the sellers to maximize their current situation. Call us to discuss some of the creative ways we can get involved.
